Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to provide through the forms on this site. We do not require you to create an account.
- Contact form information: name, email, company, project type, budget range, timeline, and your message.
- Audit intake information: business details, goals, concerns, and the information you enter about systems, security, compliance, and advertising.
- Business and digital profile information: website and public profile URLs, follower or review counts, and similar context you share for a readiness review.
How we use information
Information is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare and discuss a readiness audit, scope potential work, and follow up about the services you ask about. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Analytics and cookies
We use optional analytics on the public pages of this website to understand how visitors use it and where it can be improved. Analytics is handled through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
Analytics stays off unless you choose to turn it on. Until you select Accept analytics, no Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics code is loaded and no analytics request is made from your browser. If you decline, none is loaded either.
Once you enable analytics, Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser storage to recognise repeat visits. Advertising and personalisation features are not enabled on this site.
The Command Center, the customer portal, and the sign-in page (/dashboard, /portal and /login) are excluded from this analytics setup. Analytics is not loaded on those pages even if you have enabled it.
Declining analytics does not affect sign-in, session handling, or any other necessary security functionality. Those continue to work either way.
Your choice is stored locally in your own browser, not in an account or a server record. Clearing your browser storage clears the choice and you will be asked again. You can change your mind at any time using the Privacy choices control in the footer of any public page.
While analytics is enabled, we also remember how you first reached the site and how you most recently reached it: the campaign labels in the link you followed, the page you landed on, and the domain that referred you. We keep the page path and the referring domain only, never the full address or its query string. This is stored locally in your browser in the same way as the analytics choice itself, and if you submit a form it is sent with your enquiry so we can tell which campaigns are worth continuing. Turning analytics off deletes it.
If you turn analytics off after it has been running, we record the change, remove the Google Analytics cookies your browser allows us to remove, and reload the page so that no analytics code is present. From that point analytics stays off for your continued browsing and future visits unless you turn it back on. We cannot promise that nothing at all reached Google in the moments before you switched it off, while the analytics code was still loaded and running.
Booking a call
Our booking page at /book embeds a scheduling calendar provided by HighLevel (LeadConnector). Opening that page loads the calendar from go.nickmartinbuilds.ai, which is operated by that provider on our behalf.
This happens when the page opens, before you interact with the calendar, and it is not covered by the analytics choice above. Scheduling is functional infrastructure rather than measurement: if we only loaded it for people who accepted analytics, declining analytics would mean you could not book a call. Booking works the same either way.
Anything you enter into the calendar — your name, email, and the time you pick — goes to our scheduling provider so the appointment can be created, and reaches our CRM as the booking record. We do not control, and have not independently reviewed, what that provider stores in your browser while its calendar is open.
If you would rather not use the scheduler, the /contact form reaches us the same way.
